Why Hemp Law Group exists
Joey Fuson formed Hemp Law Group with one goal: real legal representation for the people and businesses building the legal hemp industry in Tennessee. Hemp operators were facing regulatory whiplash, enforcement without a playbook, and legal bills that punished them for asking questions.
Today, a team of three litigators and a Compliance Director carries that goal: one subscription that covers compliance before problems start and defense when they do, for hemp businesses across Tennessee and the country. Clint Palmer, our Compliance Director, runs the program day to day and brings the attorneys in when a matter requires them.
