Alex Little spent years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in two federal districts, leading multi-agency teams and trying dozens of cases before federal juries. His work covered complex financial fraud, public corruption, organized crime, and national security matters. Before law, he was a political analyst at the CIA and worked at The Carter Center supporting peace negotiations in Sudan.
He joined Hemp Law Group in 2024, shortly after Litson PLLC launched, teaming up with Joey Fuson to grow what Joey had started five years earlier. He brings the perspective of someone who used to be on the other side of these cases.
Much of his hemp work is civil rights litigation. When law enforcement seizes a legal shipment because a field test cannot tell hemp from marijuana, someone has to make the agency answer for it. That is the work.
